We Are The People Team was founded on the belief that thriving businesses are built by thriving people. As a growing consultancy, it needed a brand that reflected its strategic expertise while feeling approachable, collaborative and distinctly human.

We partnered with the founders to create a complete brand experience, developing the strategy, visual identity, website and photography to establish a confident presence from launch.
